Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind the renowned regenerative tourism destinations The Red Sea and Amaala, has selected Oracle OPERA Cloud Central to streamline its hotel operations. According to Oracle, this move will enable RSG to manage distribution, sales, service interactions, and loyalty programs through a single interface, significantly enhancing its ability to serve guests.

Unified Platform for Comprehensive Management

The adoption of the OPERA Cloud Central platform will provide RSG with a unified system to oversee various aspects of its hotel business. This includes the management of rates, inventory, reservations, groups, and guest profiles, all accessible to key stakeholders at every customer touchpoint. By removing operational silos, RSG aims to deliver seamless and personalized guest experiences across its luxury properties.

Luxury and Innovation at Premier Resorts

RSG’s premier luxury resorts, including Thuwal Private Retreat, Shebara Island, and Desert Rock, are set to be the first in Saudi Arabia to implement the OPERA Cloud Central platform. These destinations are founded on the principles of luxury, sustainability, and innovation, and the new system will further enhance these values by providing exceptional guest services.

Enhanced Guest Experience

John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global, emphasized the importance of this technological advancement, stating, “With Oracle’s expertise and support, we now have the technology in place to deliver exceptional guest experiences, responding to the needs of our discerning visitors before they themselves know what they want.” Pagano also highlighted the broader benefits for the Saudi hospitality industry, as the adoption of these solutions sets a new standard for technological services in the region.

Oracle’s Commitment to Saudi Arabia

Alex Alt, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Hospitality and Retail, underscored the significance of this partnership, noting, “Saudi Arabia is one of the most exciting hospitality markets in the world today, and by pioneering a regenerative approach to tourism, Red Sea Global is at the heart of that transformation.” Alt added that Oracle is committed to bringing scalable hospitality solutions to the Kingdom, empowering guest services staff to provide higher value, hassle-free, and personalized experiences.
