Grayscale leads with a 2.5% fee for its spot Ether ETF, while introducing a new Ethereum Mini Trust at 0.25%. This Mini Trust will hold 10% of the spot Ether ETF, providing $1 billion in seed capital.

Other issuers offer competitive fees:

Franklin Templeton: 0.19%

Bitwise & VanEck: 0.20%

21Shares: 0.21%

Fidelity & Invesco Galaxy: 0.25%

Many issuers also offer fee waivers to attract investors:

VanEck: 12 months or $1.5 billion in assets

Bitwise: 6 months or $0.5 billion

Franklin: Until January 31, 2025, or $10 billion

Fidelity: Until January 1, 2025

If approved, these spot Ether ETFs could be listed on Nasdaq, NYSE, and CBOE.

Bitwise’s CIO, Matt Hougan, predicts spot Ether ETFs could see inflows of up to $15 billion in the first 18 months,
