Binance announces support for Conflux (CFX) network upgrade and hard fork, suspending deposits and withdrawals on August 13, 2024.

Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced its support for the upcoming Conflux (CFX) network upgrade and hard fork. The upgrade is scheduled to take place on August 13, 2024, at 05:30 (UTC), according to Binance.

Details of the Network Upgrade

To facilitate the network upgrade and hard fork, Binance will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the Conflux (CFX) network. The upgrade will occur at the block height of 247,480,000. However, the trading of tokens on the Conflux network will remain unaffected during this period.

Technical Support and User Impact

Binance has assured its users that it will handle all technical requirements involved in the network upgrade. Deposits and withdrawals will resume once the upgraded network is deemed stable. Binance has stated that no further announcement will be made regarding the reopening of these services.

Important Considerations

  • The trading of token(s) on the Conflux network will not be impacted.
  • Binance will manage all technical aspects for all users.
  • Deposits and withdrawals will be reopened once the network is stable without further announcements.
  • Users are advised to refer to the original English version of the announcement for the most accurate information.

For more information, users can refer to the official announcement from the Conflux project team here.

This move is part of Binance’s ongoing efforts to support network upgrades and ensure the best possible user experience. The exchange reserves the right to amend or cancel this announcement at any time without prior notice.
