In a recent report from the KAITO AI Research, the DeFi, AI, Meme, and Layer-2 tokens from January to August 2024 have dominated the crypto market. As the top investment choice of crypto investors, the AI crypto tokens secured the highest spot with mindshare of 23.05%, leading to a 6.32% rise. Following AI, the DeFi tokens come as the runner-up in the investors’ mindshare, rising by 57.06% to reach 15.47%. Meanwhile, the Meme and Layer-2 tokens find a moderate rise of 35.67% and 10.26%, respectively. Conversely, Chain Abstractions stood out in crypto, skyrocketing almost 673.33%.Â
