OSL Group, a digital asset company known for brokerage, exchange, custody, and a range of services has recently announced its plans on the acquisition of CoinBest. Reportedly, CoinBest is a Japanese-compliant cryptocurrency exchange. Through this deal, OSL will acquire 81.38% of stakes in CoinBest K.K. with the share purchase agreement. Notably, this is a company that is licensed by the Japanese Financial Services Agency. With this, OSL is the first licensed cryptocurrency exchange in Hong Kong.
