As per the latest reports, top researchers have found a unique trend in the memecoin-verse. This study reveals that 76% of the memes promoted by “X” influencers have lost nearly all their market valuation. In this research, over 1,500 memecoins were endorsed by 377 influencers with huge followers. Upon evaluation, it was revealed that two-thirds of the tokens were non-fundamental and had no value creation in the market. Notably, as per the report, 86% of influencer-promoted memecoins have lost ~90% of their value in just 3 months of promotion. Moreover, 90% of these tokens saw an 80% drop within the first 30 days.
