In a press release, Trump Media revealed that it has filed for a trademark for the Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus ETF. This is part of one of six applications the company has submitted for brand names linked to its tailored exchange-traded funds and separately managed accounts, starting this year.
The trademarks comprise the following:
Truth.Fi Made in America ETF
Truth.Fi Made in America SMA
Truth.Fi U.S. Energy Independence ETF
Truth.Fi U.S. Energy Independence SMA
Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus ETF
Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus SMA
The investment vehicles will be part of the new Truth.Fi brand, focused on financial services and technology. The launch is a key part of TMTG’s strategy, which includes a $250 million investment held by Charles Schwab, which will partner with TMTG to develop the SMAs.
The company has also signed a services and licensing agreement with an affiliate of Yorkville Advisors (“Yorkville”). Pending approvals, Yorkville will serve as the Registered Investment Advisor for the new financial vehicles, leading product development and guiding them through the regulatory process.
