Ondo stocks crossed $150K holders in under a year
Ondo Stocks has crossed 150,000 unique holders in less than a year. Across individual tokenized stocks and ETFs, the platform now accounts for 292,000 holdings.
Tokenized stocks have now reached a mammoth $2.8 billion in market cap across 21 issuers! Ondo Finance leads, with the largest share at 34.9%.
xStocks follow with 22.5%, and Binance bStocks hold 21.2%. Together, these three issuers account for 78.6% of the entire tokenized stocks market, which makes the concentration at the top obvious.
AMBCrypto previously reported that activity around Ondo had already been picking up. Monthly transfer volume went up 194% to $23.49 billion, while active addresses rose 41.6% to nearly 601,000.
Distributed value increased just 4% to $2.33 billion over the same period.
Within that setup, Ondo Stocks accounts for about $1.01 billion in TVL. That gives the latest holder and market-share milestones more weight.
xStocks outpaces Ondo in weekly market cap growth
Despite the lion’s share of the tokenised stocks market, Ondo Finance was not the fastest-growing issuer over the past week.
That spot went to xStocks, which added $17.3 million in market cap over seven days. Ondo came second with $10 million, while Superstate and Robinhood added $3.9 million and $3.3 million.
As competition heats up, this is worth watching.
ONDO price jumps 12% as momentum turns bullish
ONDO token is moving with good pace. At the time of writing, ONDO was trading near $0.40, with a double-digit growth of 12.42% on the day.
The RSI was indicative of high buying pressure. The DMI also leaned bullish, with the positive directional indicator at 34.48, well above the negative indicator at 15.13.
However, the ADX was at 17.73, so the buyers were pulling the strings.
