Bitfinex announces the release of its mobile app version 7.17.0, featuring several improvements and fixes for enhanced user experience.
Bitfinex has announced the release of the latest version of its mobile app, Version 7.17.0, which brings a series of updates and optimizations aimed at improving user experience and functionality. According to blog.bitfinex.com, the update encompasses both cosmetic and functional enhancements.
Key Improvements and Additions
Among the improvements, the update includes the addition of the XPL token icon and the USDT0 icon to the USDT0XPL token, enhancing the visual representation of these assets within the app.
Bug Fixes
The update also addresses several bugs reported by users. These fixes include resolving the issue where wire withdrawals displayed an incorrect beneficiary bank name and correcting the Recurring Buy function, which previously added an extra day when selecting a time before 0:00 UTC.
Further corrections involve the signup process, where generic messages on multiple resend confirmations have been refined, and the Recurring Buy picker, which now correctly reflects the number of days in the current month.
Additional fixes include rectifying a typo in Tether withdrawal notices, ensuring USDT0 notice information is displayed correctly for USDT0XPL and USDT0POL, and correcting wallet labels for USDT0 tokens. Other resolved issues involve the display of significant figures in Position PL, formatting in OTC order amounts, and the inability to input decimal amounts in OTC when only a comma is supported by the keyboard.
The Welcome Tour modal, which previously got stuck during the recurring step, has also been fixed.

Bitfinex encourages its users to download the latest update from the Android Application Package (APK) and share their experiences through reviews in the App Store or by completing the Bitfinex mobile user app survey. The company values feedback from its active customer base, which has been instrumental in suggesting the latest changes.
