Despite BTC and ETH stability, analysts point to key signs suggesting altcoins are about to shine. According to the prominent crypto expert, Ito Shimotsuma, BTC dominance has dropped below 59%, indicating that capital is gradually rotating out of Bitcoin into altcoins.
In the meantime, Google searches for altcoins jumped 40–50% in the last week of September, while the Altcoin Season Index hit 67.

Supporting the bullish analysis, another analyst, Stockmoney Lizards, points to a four-year falling wedge in the TOTAL3/BTC chart, a long-term structure that tends to resolve with explosive upside.
Analyst says that even if BTC moves sideways or climbs moderately, liquidity is likely to rotate into altcoins, triggering a rapid rally once the wedge breaks.
This pattern mirrors what happened with BTC/USD between 2020 and 2022, where a similar wedge structure led to a major bull leg.
