In the civil lawsuit filed against the former kickboxer, the model alleges that Tate physically assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11. Through her social media handles, Stern states that she met Tate as part of a modelling project. She claims that Tate casted her as a model for his meme coin, DADDY. She also notes that he promised her to support her meme coin, SISTER.
While explaining the horrific experience she had to go through in the Beverly Hills Hotel, she reveals that what started as a consensual physical relation turned violent when Tate began physically, verbally and mentally assaulting her.
This is not the first time that Tate has faced a serious allegation of this nature. He, along with his brother Tristan, is facing serious criminal cases in Romania.
Stern was admitted to a New York hospital after the horrific incident. As per an image published by an acclaimed media outlet, she was diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome, which is a set of symptoms that may continue for weeks, months or years after a concussion. This suggests that Stern may have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury during the incident.
The lawsuit, which has the accurate details of the severity and nature of the injuries she suffered during the incident, has not yet been published by authorities.
