With the token being one of the biggest surprises of the last year, Chainlink is predicted to hit $40 in January as LINK gets an explosive start to the year. Indeed, the asset has jumped out of the gates, increasing to above the $23 mark as it looks to build off a strong 2024.
With high hopes for the bull market in 2025, there are few cryptocurrencies with more potential than LINK. The network was a key part of a massive tokenization pilot project involving Chainlink, JPMorgan, Franklin Templeton, and BNY Mellon. Those efforts should continue this year, with some big names potentially set to join the fray.

Chainlink Eyes Explosive 2025 as New Year Jump Start has LINK Eyeing $40
No matter how you look at it, 2024 was groundbreaking for cryptocurrencies. The asset class became a focus of the finance sector. Moreover, institutional investment skyrocketed, with Bitcoin catapulting to a six-figure price late in the year. With favorable regulation and pro-crypto advocates in political offices, things look to be even better in 2025.
There is no shortage of assets that should be big winners over the course of the next several months. However, none are as stated for rapid growth as Chainlink is, with LINK projected to reach a $40 price this January amid its explosive start in 2025.

Over the last 24 hours, Chainlink has already jumped more than 6%, according to CoinMarketCap. Moreover, its 5% increase over the last seven days has the asset trading firmly above the $23 mark. That has LINK positioned nicely to benefit from the expected bullish sentiment coming its way.
Indeed, $23 looks to be just the beginning. Cryptocurrency price prediction platform CoinCodex has been tremendously optimistic about LINK’s potential. Specifically, they project the asset to near the $40 mark as a January high. Yet, that is just the beginning of what should be a record-setting year for the crypto.
According to the platform, LINK will challenge its $52 all-time high in February of this year. Its sentiment will lead it to ultimately increase by 211% from its current position. Indeed, they project LINK to trade above the $73 mark in May, setting an all-time high and building on two years of impressive growth.
