Despite this gain, Bitcoin has struggled to surpass the resistance level, even as Bitcoin ETFs received inflows totaling $470.48 million as of Oct 17. Meanwhile, the 24-hour volume of Bitcoin has dropped by 4.81%, reflecting cautious sentiment among traders.

Altcoin Highlights: DOGE, POPCAT, MEW Become Top Gainers
Ethereum price took a slight hit today, slipping 0.64% to $2,618.02, while Solana also recorded a small decline of 0.44%, settling at $152.63. On the other hand, XRP suffered the sharpest drop among top coins, down 3.51% to $0.5432.
