Musk has highlighted Moraes, stating, ‘This ‘judge’ has repeatedly broken the laws he has sworn to uphold.’ Musk’s statement comes against the backdrop of a subpoena issued by the Federal Supreme Court. He replied to the summons with a picture of the Brazil Judge in jail, stating ‘One day, this picture of you in prison will be real. Mark my words.’ Notably, Moraes cracked down on X in Brazil earlier this month. He threatened to ban the X platform in the country if Musk failed to show.
