The Ethereum price has displayed an impressive price action this week, resulting in the price surpassing the $3,900 mark. Following this, a whale dormant for about 6 years has resurfaced and deposited its remaining 60,079 ETH tokens worth $234 million to the Bitfinex crypto exchange. Notably, this whale withdrew 87,085 Ethereum from Bitfinex on 19th January for $13.4 million with an average price of $153. During 2020, it sent 600 ETH tokens to Tornado Cash and re-deposited 86,484 Ethereum tokens in November 2023 and December 2024 at an average price of $3,331.
