The Japanese investment firm Metaplanet Inc. saw a surge of 12% in its stock price after announcing its plans to stack Bitcoins worth 1 Billion Yen ($6.27 Million) after the approval of the Board of Directors. The funds used will be raised from the upcoming round of bond issuance. The bonds totaling 1 Billion are set to come up with an annual interest rate of 0.5% and will be maturing on 25th June 2025.
