Microsoft will hold a shareholders meeting next month with Bitcoin on its agenda. The software giant will have its annual shareholders meeting on December 9 and those who are invested in the company will vote on several items, according to a filing by the SEC. One of the proposals up for a vote is the ‘Assessment of investing in Bitcoin’, however, the board recommends shareholders vote against it as they already “evaluate a wide range of investable assets,” including Bitcoin.
