As per the official statement by OKX, it is all set to expand its services in Europe by launching a trading platform and self-custodial wallet in Belgium. Residents can now trade over 200 cryptocurrencies, including 60 trading pairs with Euro. Reportedly, this launch does not involve direct regulatory approval from local authorities. To fast-track Euro transactions, OKX has partnered with Bancontact, which will allow its users to deposit Euros into their accounts instantly and for free. Other deposit and withdrawal options are available through Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). Moreover, Belgian citizens can make use of the OKX platform after completing verification through the “Itsme” identification app.
