As per the latest reports, on-chain data records that Riot Platforms acquired 705 BTC tokens for $68.45 million during the early Asian market. Reportedly, on 09th December, Riot platform announced plans for a private offering of ~$500 million in convertible senior notes. With this, it is intended primarily for Bitcoin acquisitions and general corporate purposes. Presently BTC is valued at $97,439.08 with a 24-hour trading volume of $99.117 billion. Moreover, with a market cap of $1.930 billion, it dominates the business with a lion’s share of 55.83%.
