Thala Labs, a DeFi platform working on the Aptos Blockchain; was able to restore the stolen $25.5 million of the liquidity pool stimulated by v1 farming contract vulnerability. The exploit, which came on the 15th of November, was resolved by contract halts as well as the freezing of $11.5 million in assets. With the help of police and blockchain analysts, the members of the team managed to make the hacker return the money with the $ 300k bounty. Despite the situation, users will be fully refunded and Thala’s token dropped by 35% after the event. Currently, all the farming operations still remain suspended as the platform goes through the security review.
