Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) has filed an amended registration statement with the SEC for its Truth Social Bitcoin ETF (ticker: B.T.). This ETF will hold Bitcoin directly and is sponsored by Yorkville America Digital. Crypto.com will be the exclusive custodian, prime execution agent, and liquidity provider. The ETF, set to list on NYSE Arca, is awaiting SEC approval, aiming to give investors direct exposure to Bitcoin through a regulated exchange-traded fund.
