The aforementioned scheduled downtime of WazirX for carrying out its maintenance exercise started on 15th August 2019 at 6 in the evening and ended at 2 AM on 16th August 2019. Throughout this period, account balances have been reinstated and all trades which have taken place after the cessation of withdrawals on July 18, 2024 at 1 PM IST have been unwound. This one was focused on preserving the consistency of users’ accounts by making corrections to address the consequences of withdrawal stoppage. No business services were available during system maintenance, and all are back to normal.
