Aptos Labs has announced its acquisition of HashPalette Inc., the developer behind the well-known Japanese blockchain Palette. As part of this agreement, Aptos will become the exclusive blockchain provider for the EXPO2025 DIGITAL WALLET at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Additionally, the migration of Palette Chain’s governance token, PLT, to Aptos’s native token, APT, is expected to occur, marking a significant step in the integration of the two blockchain ecosystems.
