Binance launches a promotion for P2P users in Africa, offering up to 200 USDT in rewards for accurate BTC price predictions and completing P2P purchases.
Binance has unveiled a new promotional campaign targeting both new and returning users of its Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading platform in Africa. The initiative, which runs from November 15 to December 12, 2024, enables eligible participants to earn up to 200 USDT in token vouchers by engaging in specific activities, according to Binance.
Participation Details
To partake in the promotion, users must first predict the Bitcoin (BTC) price against USDT for the date December 16, 2024, at 08:00 UTC. This prediction should be submitted through the designated activity link. Additionally, participants are required to complete a P2P purchase worth at least $10 equivalent in any cryptocurrency via the Binance P2P platform during the promotion period.
Ranking and Rewards
Participants will be ranked based on the accuracy of their BTC price predictions, with the top 12 closest predictions receiving rewards in USDT token vouchers. In cases where multiple users provide identical predictions, the submission time will serve as the tiebreaker, with earlier submissions receiving higher ranks.
Eligibility and Conditions
The promotion is open to new users who have not traded on Binance P2P before November 15, 2024, and returning users who have not engaged in P2P trading since September 15, 2024. Only verified takers in the Africa region who submit their predictions through the activity page during the promotion window are eligible for rewards.
The eligible local currencies for this promotion include AOA, BIF, BWP, CDF, DJF, ETB, GHS, GMD, GNF, KES, KMF, LRD, MGA, MRU, MZN, NAD, RWF, SCR, SLL, SOS, TZS, UGX, XAF, XOF, ZAR, and ZMW. Binance will utilize the daily closing price of the local currency to USD exchange rate for calculating the purchase volume on the P2P platform.
Distribution of Rewards
Rewards will be distributed as token vouchers within four weeks after the promotion concludes. Users can redeem these vouchers through the Binance Rewards Hub, with a validity period of two weeks from the distribution date.
Terms and Conditions
Binance maintains the right to disqualify trades that appear as wash trades, involve illegally bulk registered accounts, or exhibit attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation. Participants from regions with prohibitions or restrictions on such campaigns will be excluded. The company also reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at its discretion.
