Poland’s financial regulator, the KNF, has issued a warning about Crypto.com’s operations, raising concerns over possible regulatory issues. The alert targets Foris DAX MT, the Malta-based company behind Crypto.com, for unauthorized financial activities but stops short of banning the platform. Polish Bitcoin advocate Tomek Kolodziejczuk explained that the warning is just a precaution for investors, not a blacklist. A Crypto.com spokesperson confirmed the company is working with legal advisors to resolve the matter. However, the issue is now under review by the Warsaw Regional Prosecutor’s Office, with further actions pending.
