SLVRBLOX is introducing a new approach to blockchain gaming with a mining-inspired protocol built on Sui. Instead of requiring specialized hardware or asking participants to solve computational puzzles, the platform allows players to compete through an interactive 25-block mining grid.
The project describes this model as “Proof-of-Play”—a transparent, onchain competition inspired by the accessibility and fair-distribution principles associated with cryptocurrency mining.
How SLVRBLOX Works
During each mining round, players select one or more blocks on the grid and deploy SUI. When the round closes, Sui’s native onchain randomness determines the winning occupied block.
Players who deployed SUI on that block share the available round rewards proportionally. The results, including the winning block and reward distribution, can be independently verified through onchain transaction data.
This structure gives players more control than a standard lottery-style system. Participants can choose how many blocks to enter, how much SUI to deploy and whether to use the platform’s autoplay functionality for multiple rounds.
SLVRBLOX is currently operating on Sui Testnet, where users can experiment with its mining mechanics using tokens that have no monetary value.

Introducing DSLVR: Digital Silver
The SLVRBLOX ecosystem includes DSLVR—aka Digital Silver—its native utility and reward token. Designed as the digital store of value of the SLVRBLOX mining economy, DSLVR connects gameplay rewards, refining, staking and the project’s Motherload system.
Eligible winning positions can receive DSLVR in addition to SUI-based rewards. New DSLVR rewards enter the project’s Refinery, where they unlock gradually over seven days. Players can claim the portion that has already been refined or withdraw the remaining unrefined amount early with a 10% penalty.
The Refinery is designed to prevent every gameplay reward from entering circulation immediately. It also introduces an additional strategic decision: wait for the full refining period or accept a reduced amount for earlier access.

Built for the Sui Ecosystem
SLVRBLOX uses Sui’s delegated proof-of-stake network for transaction execution and settlement. Sui’s low transaction costs, native randomness and Move-based smart-contract environment make it a natural fit for a game involving frequent rounds and onchain reward accounting.
The project should not be confused with a traditional proof-of-work blockchain. Players are not using computer processors to calculate hashes or secure Sui’s consensus. Instead, Proof-of-Play describes the game’s mining-inspired competition and verifiable reward distribution.
Additional platform features include automated round participation, DSLVR staking, public activity records, wallet-based reward claims, community chat and operational status monitoring.
Fair Results Through Sui Randomness
SLVRBLOX uses Sui’s native onchain randomness to select the winning occupied block in each completed mining round. The result is generated and settled through the game’s Move smart contracts rather than selected by the SLVRBLOX team or an offchain server.
Because the winning block, player deployments and reward distributions are recorded onchain, participants can independently review each round. This provides a transparent and verifiable foundation for SLVRBLOX’s Proof-of-Play mining model.
That makes Sui randomness a core selling point rather than a passing technical detail.
Affiliate Storefronts Expand Distribution
SLVRBLOX has also developed an affiliate program that allows approved participants to operate customizable referral storefronts. Affiliates can use their own display name, logo and referral link while directing users to the official presale system.
The dashboard tracks storefront visits, verified sales and approved commissions. Affiliates may also recruit additional affiliates and become eligible for bonuses when those recruits reach defined sales milestones.
This white-label-style distribution strategy could give SLVRBLOX a broader online presence without requiring every promoter to build a separate purchasing platform.
The Road to Mainnet
