Today, the largest stablecoin issuer Tether has minted 2 billion “USDT” tokens on Ethereum. Reportedly, since 06th November, Tether has minted a combined total of 19 billion USDT tokens on Ethereum and Tron chains. With this, Tether is constantly supporting the funds into various exchanges. Moreover, 4 billion USDT tokens were minted this week. During this period, the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, the BTC price has surpassed its milestone value of $100K twice. With this, the USDT currently has 137.70 billion USDT tokens in its ciurcualting supply.
