As per the data from Spot On Chain, 2 crypto whales have obtained a cumulative 818,474 $UNI and 115,719 $AAVE tokens directly from the crypto trading firm Cumberland. The on-chain analytics firm disclosed this OTC accumulation on social media.

The data reveals that the Cumberland-based wallet “0xad6eaa…” transacted tokens to a couple of fresh wallets. One of the wallets obtained 83,011 $AAVE tokens, and the other wallet got a couple of batches, accounting for a total of 32,708 $AAVE tokens. Along with that, another wallet received 818,474 $UNI. The respective transactions raise the speculation about the increasing whale accumulation in the case of the DeFi assets over the counter.
The 3 transfers cumulatively signify a cumulative shift of $20M in DeFi tokens in a short time of one and a half days. This event took place without any significant impact on open exchanges. Such a token movement through OTC routes usually serves as a bullish sign. Hence, it permits whales to accumulate big asset holdings without leading to market volatility.
