Shiba Inu (SHIB) has turned bullish following a market-wide resurgence, registering a rally of 24% in the weekly charts, according to CoinGecko data. SHIB has reclaimed the $0.0000061 price level after months of struggle. SHIB gained an additional zero after its decimal point in 2025, and is making an effort to hit $0.00001 once again. Let’s discuss what’s next.

Will Shiba Inu Continue Its Rally And Hit $0.00001?

Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) latest price surge comes after Bitcoin (BTC) reclaimed the $86,000 price level. The market-wide rally was likely due to a dip in oil prices after Iran proposed to open the Strait of Hormuz if its demands are met. A oil price dip could lead to lower inflation, which could allow the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates. Lower rates often leads to more risky investments.

While Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) latest price rally is welcome, there are significant risks ahead. Firstly, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points earlier this month. The interest rate hike could lead to investors moving away from high-risk assets, such as Shiba Inu (SHIB) and other memecoins.

Another factor to consider is the failure of the CLARITY Act. The US Senate voted against passing the legislation, which may have brought more security for cryptocurrency investors. Shiba Inu (SHIB) is a high-risk memecoin and investors may be weary of investing in the asset right now. Moreover, risk-appetite is substantially low right now, given the poor economic conditions.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) could see some positive price action later this year. Many anticipate Bitcoin (BTC) to reclaim the $100,000 mark by the end of 2026. BTC entering a bullish phase could trigger the next bull run for the cryptocurrency market. Shiba Inu (SHIB) could ride the wave and finally delete a zero by the end of this year.
